Shipping policy

 Adored Design's shipping policy: 

• Order processing times. After an order is placed, Adored will process and ship your order within 3-5 business days, excluding weekends and/or holidays. Orders received after 5pm will be begin processing the next business day.
• Domestic and international shipping options. Adored currently only ships to domestic customers located in the US. 
• Shipping costs. Adored offers 2 tiers of shipping through USP and USPS and free shipping for orders above over $100.
• Returns, changes, and cancellations. Adored offers returns through its return policy, and processes the refunds, or exchanges within 10-15 business days.
• Potential service interruptions. Orders may take longer to arrive due to variables outside of Adored's control. If packages maybe delayed for any reason, Adored will update customers as soon as possible.
• Order tracking details. After customers have made online purchases, they will receive a shipment confirmation email that includes tracking information, including guidance on contact info in case of any lost packages.
